Took a look at "Dec" done 8 hours fast research very decent, divi sound, bought, missed this one, I have about 10 portfolios running keep avg 15 shares company's in each.

I've put in my under a pound share portfolio, I let em run 5yrs reinvest divis, then evaluate.

As a target for me is the NAV is £1.05p.

In my digging we have a home for 16 residents, this as been extended to another 16 residents so 32,they took over further 3 properties.

So I'd be tempted at £1.15p +1 year divi say 8p

I would certainly think at £1.23p

Then again rents increasing and residents queuing up for bedrooms god nos.
