With dual listing 2 tradings day left.

Were is the shares coming from.

Ie say vanguards ftse 250 fund, in my research to match the equal weighted stock there going to have to buy 1,290,000 mn shares same as fidelity, jpm, GS, ect, can anyone enlighten me please were these shares are coming from, as Dec's circular no shares held in trust all buy backed shares cancelled upon purchase.

Thewensday, to my own I l lost 136000 quid on Connaught, that robbing guy who founded it was terrible suspended then delisted we get zero from anybody, risks ours, since that day, I changed my trading for the better, hmmm 136k hey.

I read 4 qtrly divis of 28p to start 112p pa.

David not getting it, how can it raise 20x2000,,we don't no opening sp for 8am,they said its got be 20 dollars min to be listed on there in dice, and we don't no which I dice were going into ect, crikey x20 will put us in FTSE 100.

Once dual listed, hope these don't shaft us it's a fact they will sell 100s of millions of new shares for yank investors, it will dilute us UK share holders, if they don't issue new treasury shares then be a good day on 11th Dec as the US funds need to buy in for indie weights ect, then a good rise,

Be no hope of selling any before 9.

Can find any prospectus on this, I can read 100 pages, needs looking into, may give future shares totals to be issued in future.

Once the usa listing is up and running 11 Dec 23,it will be 14 quid a pop, or 20 usd, I got my figures from current earnings.

I've worked out that it will give on current projected earning ect, 112 divi, it was put to fund managers in the usa of same divis, or 2x 50 to 58p,

All my research only, hope it's higher.
