No it was from a research analyst tavi would not have bought in, basically your paying for there research.
L3 is great, for instance, you can forward your shares for sale, ie, let's assume I own 100, 000 BP share at £1 each, when there's demand, I can say offer to the market 100,000 at say 104pwether they get bought is another thing, same again if my 100,000 shares drop to 95p,i can send to market and ask 98p.its very rare they don't get took out.
Plus as when you tav sell say 5000 BP shares for £1,i can bid 98p,this is how MMs get cheap shares to sell higher, they always need shares to match buyer/seller and seller/buyer, it's more than that but a few things you can do.
Normally you have to offer to buy sell bigger than the normal retail buyer as accuses to.
I pay around £4,800 yearly fee, and you have to have a set amount in the account, mine £250,000, that's for covering your losses incase you get a cash call for lent stock if your shorting ect.
My accounts based in Luxembourg, tax free. No UK tax, when I go Europe I can draw money, if say I go Italy for 2 week hols, as long as you don't withdraw profit to UK, or tax man wants is cut.
Right probably boring board so I sign off here.
