Charles Jillings, CEO of Utilico, energized by strong economic momentum across Latin America. Watch the video here.
Fitbug CEO Anna Gudmundson said: "We are pleased to have raised these additional funds at this time. We have made good progress with the development and sales of our digital wellness programs in pursuit of our service based strategy to focus on corporate wellness. We believe that our prospects for 2017 are positive and we are now looking for opportunities to accelerate our growth strategy." Spend the money on Product development!! It looks like a kids toy get rid!!! FOOLS. The retail market is obviously the way to go.
That spread gave me heartburn
Surely I would still own a small part of the company and should expect some sort of moneys
what happens if they delist and I keep my shares?
Absolute bunch of c**** I'm burning their seats and graffityinh their buses till the day I die
Of course I understand 7m revenue isn't 100% profit lol 7m is a great vote of confidence though and still around 3.7% of the debt gone. All it takes is one big order like Wrightbus, for example the 500 buses ordered for Singapore. It's obvious Optare are trying to make the new London Metro bus and if they succeed it will make a huge difference to the sp. I think they have some good contacts now and hopefully soon enough orders will pick up, the fact that their parent company is hugely successful is also very encouraging. Being bitter about losing money is pretty sad, why don't you use your time to find a better company?
14% spread is pretty brutal. Is this a new company then? swear they always go up the first day then come crashing back down to reality soon after
why don't you go to some other share then? You wont be missed, honest! Of course 7m will alter the fundamentals quiet a lot IMO lol poor logic
Not sure how reposted a previous RNS is 'blatent lies'?? They may of had 100% of the FULLY ELECTRIC bus market at the time the RNS was released, I don't know.
https://www.tfl.gov.uk/info-for/media/press-releases/2015/march/london-s-first-all-electric-bus-route-to-be-operated-by-arriva How does Optare stand up to the fully electric bus market? Is there a cheaper alternative? Finding it kind of hard to find the prices of these buses. '.. I know Wrightbus just won a contract for around 6 buses for Arivva in Kent that are part electric/ part fuel. I think we will be lucky to get a deal from Arriva, but it is certainly a possibility.
wow Steve you're smart huh? Its actually the last annual report FROM OPTARE. London will be introducing EV's starting 2016 https://www.tfl.gov.uk/info-for/media/press-releases/2014/july/first-british-built-electric-buses-enter-service
Orders for electric vehicles (EVs) received for all major London operators, who are currently trialling Optare's EVs. As of September 30th 2014, Optare has 45 EVs operating in the UK market and is the leader in full electric vehicles in the UK (where Optare has 100% market share) and Europe; 'Orders for electric vehicles (EVs) received for all major London operators' jeez that's got to be a lot of buses
because he asked what the exact vehicles were that sold?
Optare Plc has also secured orders worth £7.3 million for 23 of its Solo minibuses and 23 Solo Slimline minibuses and Volvo has secured contracts for 12 of its Plaxton Elite 12.5metre coaches and 44 Plaxton Elite i 15 metre coaches, eight of which will be left-hand-drive vehicles.
my mistake read it wrong.
Net asset value per share: £1.15
Optare's parent company - We are the 2nd largest commercial vehicle manufacturer in India with a turnover of US $ 2.5 billion. Financial collapse is pretty much impossible. Things can only get better from here IMO
whats 20m debt when they could potential supply the whole of London with their buses, which Boris Johnson has commemorated in a recent article. Not including the likes of FirstGroup and Stagecoach. 'Stagecoach said and more than £75 million of the overall investment will go towards introducing new fleet across its regional networks in Scotland, England and Wales.' - taken from an article posted today.
mcap is completely under-valued IMO. These are starting to be bought by governments in eco-friendly schemes and the biggest companies in the UK cant see it going down from here in the long run.
