RE: Cash is king13 Mar 2025 10:35
@bagzz post 19.12. Well this shareholder predicted back in December that the Sp would likely be around 15p by mid Jan and I was not entirely wrong, although I think it took another couple of weeks to get there. I bought back in again during feb on the basis of potentially seeing a decent run up to the results of the Acid wash. That didn't really happen so I sold half and mentioned it on here, I then sold half of what I had left but said nowt about it. I almost posted a 12p expectation before the Clink results were announced but the bb police don't like reality or negativity so I kept that view to myself at the time. HEX listed on the basis of Ingomar being the jewel in the crown and the hottest He property currently available and so far it has failed to perform, hence the SP is where it is. I also posted back in December that after the obvious failure of Clink that there was a lot riding on Rudyard which so far has been a success and long may it continue for the sake of all. Currently there is no income, there are costs and potential for future revenue, they will need to prove the operation of the gas separator, they need to prove that the % helium separated by it is up there around 95% efficient and they need to show that production from the well is reliable and consistent. They have just acquired what appears to be a jolly good bargain and if it actually produces as promised they can then install a mile of pipeline to hook it up into the production facility, all well and good, then all they need to do is monetise it. Linda is in for a good time in April with spudding, TD and possibly a well clean up to look forward to and then a production test and sample analysis to wait for, results towards May time. Linda should create some interest as she is a new kid on the block and if it all works out there will be 3 wells hooked up and producing at approx end of the Summer. This is all still a few months away with time for short term stagnation. Production from Rudyard is already 'expected' and won't be a surprise to the market. It should move the dial upwards but not a lot IMV. It will however be good news and will 'prove' the concept but I'm not expecting fireworks from it. An SP upward performance iMV will be the 2nd attempt at Ingomar whatever form that will take whether it be a new well or another go at deepening the existing and if Linda proves to be a 'goer' then it should add a bit more to the price. I have kept just £3k in, just 'because' and' just in case', but for now they need to prove that the expectations are reality and that the 12-24m is starting to come in and then maybe that 30-40p would be achievable. Some will disagree, some might agree, I dont really care, but I am quite happy to have got out at 20p plus in December when I posted as such and happy to have been cautious since then with reduced exposure. It is what it is until it becomes something different. Each to their own view.
