As noted on ADVFN it may be Woodford having to sell some. Let's hope it not the entire 74,980,042 (24.7%) that Woodford Investment Management Ltd holds!!
Hi MrBond007, I though Rommel was doing a reasonable job at tidying Parity up. I'm wondering if he walked or was forced to walk the plank after a board room bust up! What would have been the red lines to make him leave so suddenly? Plenty to ponder about, but with no succession plans indicated then it donsesn't look good to me.
I wonder what the chances are of Parity being taken over or a management buy-out. If all the costs and hassle of being listed are stripped out, then the company may look in better shape. Just a thought.
Well, lots going on. Helium rising stars increased holding from 10.93 to 12.58%, Cannacord reduced from 9.5 to 4.8%, and the results were, I agree, underwhelming. Is it worth their while being listed?
There has been some very considered and sensible posts on Parity on ADVFN over the last week or so that have addressed the SP volatility. There has also been some laughable de-ramping posts that spectacularly ill informed.
Swinstead is in his 70s so I can imagine at some point you want to tidy up investments. However, it seems a strange time to do so with PTY, when the company is in the best shape its been in years. As a poster on ADVFN noted, Mrs Swinstead also has about 1.5 million shares. This could long and painful.
Hi Folks, I've been lurking here for a while and a long suffering PTY holder also. The story seems to be credible since Alan Romell took charge, but the SP performance has been disappointing. There's clearly a large holder who has been selling for months. Maybe the 44.59k sale today will be the end of it.
