Can anyone see how the gap between the NAV and share price can be closed?

Tripod-Man, I bought and it was within the spread. The Buy price was 310 and the trade went through at 295.

A couple of large trades totaling almost 5 million shares today. And a RNS on Friday reported increase holding by Richard Griffith. Looking OK

AIM suspension by month end. "The Company's strategy will be to continue to maintain its commercial properties in Germany which it will rent out for the foreseeable future.". That's disappointing, I was hoping for a sale and distribution.

I'm starting to think that there may be call on some or all of the £2million from the purchasers. There was provision for this if they found nasty stuff

As detailed in the announcement dated 21 November 2023, GBP1 million has been retained by the Purchaser to set off against the expected negative working capital position of PPL as at Completion and other minor adjustments. That working capital position will be determined from a set of completion accounts that will be agreed following Completion. To the extent that PPL's negative working capital position at Completion is less than GBP1 million, the difference will be paid by the Purchaser to PHL and to the extent that PPL's negative working capital position at Completion is greater than GBP1 million, the difference will be paid by PHL to the Purchaser.

This has been a quiet board - Hemmers sold and property of £5m remaining, being let to the new owners for £440 pa. Market cap is £2.7m. Selling the property and distributing the proceeds would seem to be a good option for shareholders.

Very odd indeed. The non-exec director was 71 years old, so it was probably not unexpected.

At 14p Thompson wrote that LDG was "anomalously priced", it's even more anomalously priced now. Do the management just eventually give up and say that they can't close the NAV/SP gap, or are there other options to let holders out.

If you strip out the income from the trademark then it doest look like much progress has been made.

Like a moth to the flame I'm back in Parity - a punt rather than a well considered investment.

Any thoughts on last weeks RNS - close to £1 million from Gap Capital Ventures LLC ("Gap Capital") for the trademarks and the 'Parity' name. Strangely, Parity is "...granted a perpetual, royalty free and irrevocable licence to continue to use the trademarks (together, the "Sale and Licence")". This appears to be money for nothing, but why?

that was exactly my first thought on seeing the drop today. If it turns out that way then TEK surely is a bit leaky.

So Helium and Watts have both increased their holdings, Watts by about 2%. I wonder what they see that others don't?
