FSA- my take mate is the placing killed it. Now they are funded through 2021.
Also the delay in seismic - now showing in the website. The share is just getting back to where it should based on the potential of Chuditch. Note they have already drilled a well I shallow water with circa 2.5TCF with 100 cos stated. However Sundagas note significant upside possible. There are 8 prospects on this license. It could be multi TCF. Dyor

Interesting on the Sundagas website, the 8 prospects on the Timor Leste license are:
-Chuditch NE
-Chuditch N
-Chuditch
-Chuditch W
-Chuditch SW
-Kowari
-Bandicoot
-Bettong

These are all done as prospects and leads as they look to increase the 2320 BCF (mean)
Also the hole only cost Shell $8 million and the play is in shallow water. Water depths are 50-100m and the Chuditch 1 hole encountered 25 m of gas.

For balance I’ve said my target is 0.5p but it could well do more on a positive RNS.
Few points imo of course
-the interims may not reveal info on Timor Leste. This is controlled by Sundagas. They are the operator.
- it is imo every interest to get the seismic results out so they can progress. The knock on effect is that the license round in Timor which expires in a year will attract more interest.
- oil price isn’t that relevant. It’s regional gas prices.
- Chuditch already has been drilled

Guessing this is what Sundagas mean as significant upside. There are lots of prospects on there. Are we looking at a multi TCf system here?

I’m just looking forward to seeing what “significant upside” to total gross estimate of Mean gas in place of 2,320 BCF is. My take is we will find out soon.
I suspect there will be a lot of volume next week and with that comes all the derampers coming out of the woodwork.
It’s quite clear. I’ve stated my position and I’m very bullish. I’ve backed this up here and on Twitter with research to back up my position. Chiefly the Timor Leste website which is showing the 3D seismic is ready when previously it was not. Folks can do their own research and decide what to do. I will always do as I please but I suspect the next few weeks should be good

And just to add , Sundagas from their website think there is significant upside from what has been reported. We should find out more when the seismic hits. Dyor

Tom- I think this will do well but for balance dyor.
It’s clear why the share rose and fell last year. The Chuditch news was great but the subsequent placing and then Covid put a dampener on things.
Also the breakout in June was halted as the agm statement was clear that the seismic wasn’t done.
Now the Timor - Leste website is showing the kyranis 3 d seismic is done (when it wasn’t before) and we know boil is funded in 2020 and 2021.
Target for me is 0.50p and before anyone starts saying pump and dump, please go and research what an asset with what should be 400BCF net to boil with a 100% cos should be worth. It ain’t £5 mill mcap is it. Dyor

will be very interesting as if between 400-700 bcf net with COS 100% this could be over 1p in a shot

Click on here and info is there about the Kyranis 3D over the Chuditch license. Plus the surrounding 2D cubed data. The AGM statement mentioned this data was not available. Now it is. SundaGas will be anaylsing this and we should be getting an RNS about it. Previously this was on hold but now it’s an exciting region which has woken up.
Also BOIL has cash for 2020 and 2021- ie no placing

Net mean recoverable should be circa 400BCF (net to Boil). If they hit their p15 numbers and get lucky they could be getting 700 BCF (net)
NPV net to boil probably in region of $400-700 mill.
This is a world class license and world class discovery with geological COS stated by Shell to be at 100%.
Market cap should re rate accordingly as the project comes on stream. I think we all agree with this asset plus others no way it should be £5 mill. I think £20 mill for starters would be fair for now and that’s circa my first target of 0.5p

Back in black. I’ll do the math. You tried to convince people not to buy at 0.05p. And today the sp hit 0.15 bid. I make that a 200% increase that a lot of folks could make by not listening to you
