Reason why sp so low is due to placing stock being sold at a 100% profit. Should be almost done and if it has, just trading based on some slicing from 0.25p upwards.
And also misperception of finance. Its at project level and imo the conformation that it is secured imo will multibag this 5-10 fold. Bod seem confident of securing the 300 million dollars or so without shareholder dilution in whatever form it is. Which makes a mockery of the £5 mill mcap even if say infa eventually hold say a 30% stake.
We will see.

not really. £100 million mcap which is circa 10p per share with this no shares in issue doesn't mean the company has to be profitable. The company are confident that they can get $300 million finance for this.
UKOG has an mcap well in excess of £100 million based on speculation.
It may not hit 10p per share but its a huge project holding all of irelands gas and 1/4 of the uk's,
Its doesnt really seem like it should be at £5 mill mcap does it?

Took some more today as I have been doing over last few month.
Its aim of course and you are predicting a future unknown event.
But in my experience of aim - these stocks where admittedly nothing is priced in compared to where its going when things do get priced in, are good to add too. Ie project of national and international significance holding all of Irelands gas and 25% of uk gas. Market has missed the point that the funding is irrespective of the share price. Ie whether the sp is 0.5p or 5p - funding should be at project level anyway.
Will go back in my hole again until I finish buying. Target for me over next year or so is 10p.

Shandong Ruyi is a leading Asian global textile manufacturer and under the proposed strategic partnership will invest $16.5 million to acquire c.54% of the Company's enlarged issued share capital and will subscribe for 359,560,310 new Ordinary Shares at approximately 3.5p per share as of today's exchange rate.

Shandong are valuing this company at circa $30 million - so I see a 4 bagger as a start.

mcap is 3.34 billion - presumably yuan which gives this company a mcap of £350 million. And they want BAGR's shares and want to invest. Extrapolating should be £25 million mcap at least. great

took some. shares at 3.5p but with the investment to take 54% of the shares it is valuing the company at over 30 million dollars so could easily 4 bag from here or at least should 4 bag. 10p coming

TTP- its going to be equity injection by non dilutory means and what this means for shareholders.
I think personally- as this is a project of national significance this will be 10 or 20 x this sp when this project sources the funding.

The hey here is that the money they need will ba at project level- so the mcap is not relevant to getting the funding as if wont be at the expense of shareholders. Still cant believe this is at £5 mill. Should be about 1.5-2p now based on where they are imo. Will keep adding. I like this share a lot

Losing less- that isnt correct. You need to read the rns and see where they are on their drill.
The drill has yet to penetrate through the presumed high grade ore body target.
The exploration target of this area is circa 1-10 million tonnes of contained metal of 1-1.75%.
The exploration figure is on the rns from last year in an independent study. DF has said the optimistic target is much higher at 6-700 million tonnes - ie more towards the 10 million tonnes of contained metal.
They have done what they have done. Raised money to pay for more drills before they have the results of this one.
You can read into that what you wish but a realistic reason is likely imo to do with booking the drilling contractors for more drills using the existing pads.
It also is isnt true to say the results have been poor before. They have some decent results in for m2 already. But the key point is the sharktooth is believed to be the source or the mineralisation and the think the ore body is high grade. So actually if they had some poor results in the past that is actually relevant. Its the high grade target they are after now
In terms of finding other copper plays with this potential at this price- I too am all ears.

I think in say 2-3 weeks this will be back at 1.70-1.80 again on the run up to next news.
The bod seemed encouraged by the logging so far and they are just about to drill through what is expected to be the high grade zone. They have decided to raise now to plan the next drills. Presumably the pads, infrastructure etc is there to take advantage. You could say they wouldn’t be spending another £1 million if they now thought there was nothing there. They are encouraged so far so they obviously think its going to be good. If the metal is there then it’s going to multibag within the day from here imo.

I think its positive actually. They want to drill more. They are drilling into the core zone.
Results not yet known bar the bod being encouraged by what they have seen so far.
