Company's assets are already pledged to Hudson and CS International and, in any case, the Company's main assets have meaningful monetary value only if Bellzone continues as a going concern.

Good news is that it appears the assets are worthless without bzm.
So Hudson basically own them as they are the largest shareholder but the work schedule as detailed in the mining convention as at risk of invalidating the license.
Still stick with the notion 5 bagger or bust. It just depends on what Hudson’s intentions are.
