Is a simple question to the expert northcoattiger. I bet I don’t get an answer.
Your take that the assets are worthless and Hudson are skint contradicts many views that the assets are very valuable and Hudson are running off with these valuable assets.
So here is a question. Why do Hudson not want to have their stake diluted and lose their $20 million owed??
Surely if they were that skint they would want their money back.

The Hudson being out of funds analogy only works if it is used for Hudson to get the bod to
Cut costs and/or sell an asset to be paid off. It doesn’t work if the company are delisted.
Don’t forget bzm could raise funds but Hudson have vetoed it twice as they don’t want diluting.

The tone of the rns’s and interviews suggest funding is fine.
You never know of course but the presentation has mentioned what the funds are used for

Hi Presto. I think this is bagging a few times. They should be funded upto 900 BOPD and maybe upto 2000 but that will take time. With oil and gas prices as they are this should be a money making machine. Schlumberger active next door. over 600bcf target here. that's loads

much of the circa £1 million is left. I quite like the company but the stalling imo is down to that.
I think it’s going to be 100-130 million shares to chew through before year end.

If guinea get the licenses, Hudson lose everything. Yet Hudson won’t allow more dilution. They voted again against it.

For me, it’s more the fact that the timelines had to be passed through parliament and then ratified by National Assembly. It’s written into Guinean law.
Now how long will administration take? Months I reckon. Well
It took 8 years to get this far. Now as I see it if the ferro nickel project is not concluded it would appear the license for that is void ans this ties into the kalia license. These licenses take an eternity. So no idea what Hudson are playing at.
The BoD have already said that the assets only have value if bellzone stay listed.

Hang on a minute. You have so called BB experts here predicting falls in share price saying the assets are worthless.
Then respected stock journalists like Gary Newman predicting asset seize because the assets are valuable.

I ask again. Which is it? It isn’t both is it.
Presumably if Hudson wish to monetise the assets they have to be worth more than double the debt. $40 mill for now.
So the assets can’t be worthless. All these so called experts here can’t answer that.

Kabisco has said the assets are worthless or don’t exist.
Which is it?
Mr Newman appears to be telling us that Hudson get their hands on the valuable assets which Hudson will happily lose $20 million over.
And the expert Kabisco thinks the company will fail because the assets either don’t exist or are worthless.
