I think post JDA we could be looking at well north of £1per share.
Could be over $2 billion of revenue annually for the combined company on Ebitda 50%.
I make that Net $400 million annually to GCM and on a p/e of 10 that’s £50 per share.
Some way to go before that but wouldn’t be surprised to see this getting up toward £1 before end of next month.

Using NCCL’s numbers. If we get a 30% free carry that’s 1200MW net to GCM.
Annual net revenues possibly $800 million. Margins 50% that’s $400 million net profit to GCM annually.
P/e 10 that’s $4 billion mcap.
That’s about £50 per share. Lmao

“Indicative non-binding bids from engineering, procurement and construction ("EPC") contractors, received in June 2013, for the construction and commissioning of the 300MW power plant, have given the Company sufficient comfort on the power plant economics. Bear in mind NCCL which I hold still have initial 300mw then 600mw capability scaleable.
This is 400mw. Nccls revenues life of project based on 1200MW was Over a billion dollars if memory serves.
This is 4000MW. Should be $billions of revenues extrapolating.

This was double this a few months ago without the MOU with the Chinese. And it’s 4000MW. As in 4 thousand.

Good news then. Ultimately the winning bid will be based on how much the third party will be willing to pay.
And that figure is not relevant in terms of share price. They would work out the value in terms of present and future of the name, future earnings, Heathrow landing slots and also how their business may be affected if a rival steals a lead.
Then they can decide how much they want to pay.
£1 per share seems right because enterprise value is £110 million ish with probably same again for the landing slots.
That’s my opinion and thats why this should go well again today.
