Morning splatted. Have a small amount in here - it’s volatile but a few contracts more and it will do very well.
Placing was always coming at some point but they seem to be doing well over past few months and are cutting costs down too.

Rylidan- I personally put only a small amount in but even with dilution the freefloat should still be small.
A few more contracts and today’s price should be history imo.
I still think it’s bagging in a short time frame

yes Kabisco. for once answer the question. Why if you say the assets are worthless will Hudson not allow dilution for these worthless assets. As of today their shares are worth 0p too so they have lost over £2 million today

Well Angus Forrest did the business with TERN. 20 bagged last year. A few more of those contracts and this could do the same. A bottom up rebuild it looks like but I think this will do well

A joint development agreement (JDA) between two or more companies is a legal agreement defining terms of a project designed to jointly promote or develop a product or service. The JDA should specify ground rules, issues of exclusivity and payment of expenses.

A joint development framework agreement and joint development agreement are not the same.
I’ll look into this over the weekend.
JDA and what it contains to my knowledge is exact and legally binding.

A joint venture is a particular form of a joint development arrangement where the parties not only agree on jointly developing a product, technology or some form if intellectual property, but the parties also create a new legal entity which is owned by each of the parties.

yep. JDA details are shown on the RNS as to what is agreed. This is for 4000MW project.
Capex is likely to be over $3 billion. Realistically only the Chinese would fund this with GCM taking a % carry.
Its a big project and a big deal and TBH all this bollox of BB rampers etc dismisses the fact that this is a big deal for an aim tiddler- if this comes off. The fact it has retraced- likely because of the consultant selling shares is not related to the chance of this deal coming off. The 2 events are not linked in the slightest. We will see
