“Issues behind the share price collapse seem to have been solved
The past 12 months has seen the share price wilt due to the combined effect of delays at the maiden reverse integration project in Honduras combined with the ramifications of a funding arrangement. With the final completion of the Honduran plant expected by the year-end and the RiverFort finance deal now unwound, it looks as though the clouds have lifted.

Honduras news due before year end. That should re rate it imo
3-5 bagger I think.

The buy signal was on the last rns.
At AGM no consolidation. That tells me they don’t need cash as they won’t be able to place below nominal value.

I’ve read some of the report that kabisco posted.
And yes maybe some shady associations if you believe it.
Still does not explain why Hudson have let £45 million worth of equity go down the pan in a year.

You have avoided the question again kabisco. The valuation of bzm is real as it is listed in London. The shares were real. They could be bought and sold. The loans given to bzm would need to be real otherwise they would have run out of cash years ago. Yet Hudson have chosen never to sell any shares.
You only have to look at some dodgy aim companies with pump before the dumps, selling shares and not notifying etc.
The behaviour of Hudson is the complete opposite.
The only explanation I can think of is the guinea government have agreed to buy the assets back from Hudson.
But you are telling us the assets are worthless

Kabisco- this is all very well. But Hudson/ c-sonangol are an investment company.
A year ago their investment was worth £30 million here- with $20 million owed.
Now their investment here is worth £0 and they will never get any money back from BZM unless this relists.
They have essentially lost £45 million in a year here and still would not dilute their shareholding or sell any shares.
No one has any explanation why that is the case

Good morning. None of this makes sense tbh.
Last year Hudson’s stake in bzm was as high as £30 million.
Whatever you say or don’t say, think or don’t think- that money was a real % of an aim listed company.
Hudson is an investment company. Now why at no stage did Hudson not sell a share? As of today their shares in bzm are worth 0p. That’s quite a drop. So no matter what assets they have, they are £30 mill down in a year and now cannot reclaim the $20 mill owed. Sound odd?
