General trend imo will be up. Can’t be this price for long. Would make no sense imo

going for the full whack of funding and in talks. with an NPV of over a billion dollars and lithium prices increasing we could be seeing a serious rerate here.

Junior miner Bacanora Lithium Plc, said earlier this month that it owned 10 lithium concessions in Sonora and was focused on securing funding this year to start production in 2021. The company was headquartered in Canada before it moved to London last year.
Bacanora did not respond to requests for comment outside of working hours in London. A spokesman for Phoenix-based Southern Copper, which is controlled by Grupo Mexico, said he could not confirm if Bacanora was the firm Gonzalez referred to.

if you look at the twitter replies from the company, they are implying that the margins are improving and the process is working. Bear in mind the mcap here was well over £10 million before they had this strategy. It has a lot of ground to make up. No way imo that the Honduras production is priced in.

Update due soon. What I want to see is ten first shipment traded through Dubai and the process being in place. So e on twitter seemingly expect to see millions of dollars already. The RNS has said a first shipment is expected. Not the 331st.
So in 3 months what they will be doing is getting the plant running, increasing production, recovering gold, smeltinh gold, getting the gold transported safely. Then trading it through Dubai and receiving revenue. This first shipment likely will not be millions of dollars. But I want to see the above process being put I place to allow the shipments to increase.

WhaGwaan- not sure what you mean. Wsbn already have sales. Over $8 million traded through Dubai last year.
They make a margin which means more revenue at a higher gold price.
Reverse integration means margins go up 8 to 10 fold. Maybe more.

Agree with that. I have held here before and the current valuation on 70% the project is valued at £50 million.
That values GGP’s stake at circa £20 million. Mcap then doesn’t look justified.
