imo you have got this all wrong. The funding would appear to be upfront payments to fund through stage 3 trials. SFX-01 is already being used on the compassionate use program. Don't forget SFX-01 is a synergistic drug. IE the responses are best observed in a combination therapy. Market values of CDK4/6 inhibitors worth $9 billion in 2021. The studies show the response of SFX-01 in combination. Good results.
