Management has gone. I think action would be justified but imo a waste of time. I looked at this share 9 months ago and was convinced that bankrupting the company and someone benefiting from a private company is where it was heading. I can’t point fingers as I don’t want to get sued but that’s how it seemed and I would say imo.
If it wasn’t for the shareholder action, these compounds would be in the hands of private beneficiaries.

Dibs- management has been shocking. If you look at the previous RNS’s particularly when it comes to lack of funds it has been a shocking spiral. Company issues rns to state problems financially, people sell, raises done on the floor, rinse and repeat.
It is almost as though some deliberately wanted the listing to go private. It is really that bad.
However fresh start and with a decent bod, decent news flow and good cash management we should all do very well here imo

Ok BBD. Why are you so worried about the shares going up? How can you warn people from buying shares here if you don’t know what that share price will be ?
And if you are so bearish then why not sell and move on?
