And given that they need £400k for the TSP and it costs £300k per month to run this business, how on earth will they be able to raise enough money to survive?

Remember, the last placement raised a whopping £88k!

So it’s administration or a dilution to oblivion. And a dilution that shareholders themselves will have to pay to support or it just won’t happen. Those are the ‘tantalising’ two options…….

I don’t see Levy willing to lend to keep his company afloat. He’s relying on the mug punters …..

So why was the company be forced to raise just £88k by way of a discounted placement if not to just keep the lights on?

The company has no means of funding other than to issue more shares and go cap-in-hand to shareholders. Shareholders should

absolutely say no. So that’s it. Over. And given that DL should be applying for administration. It costs at round $300k a month to run this company and that could go towards paying off the TSP and other creditors. If I was a creditor I’d be fuming…..

I hardly think it is a strategy to get investors to sell at all-time lows with administration days away. Do you?

I understand that it is hard to take a loss and you would do anything to keep the doors open. The thing is if you vote YES then you and other shareholders will be asked to buy more shares at huge dilution by way of a hugely discounted share placement. In other words you have to give DL more of your money so he can continue to get paid.

NB If it looks like madness, and sounds like madness then it usually is madness. And giving DL more money is One Step Beyond….
