Castle
Are you really that thick or are you just pretending?
Volz have already cut NNN some slack by NOT publicly declaring that the partnership is over. Even though it is.
There are one or two hints though!
UG
I think on the placement news the common perception on this board was the money was being used to finalise contracts etc. I mean really?
Anyway I think LTHs are in so deep that they deem it not worth selling at these levels.
And as for traders? How can you trade a stock where the company that has publicly stated it is almost insolvent and the spread on the stock is 10%?
And that’s why Duffers should face the authorities
And that’s why Volz pulled out
And that’s why the chairman resigned
Assuming NNN burn around 200-250k per month and have 7 weeks money left then they have around 400-500k left in the bank.
They have therefore torched 600-750k since the placement.
By my calculations that means they had 1-1.25m after the placement and 600-800k prior.
They forgot to tell you that bit!!
So there is no chairman Latino! Lol
Unfortunately Latino you don’t have a chairman!!
Could be why you can’t actually buy anything on the website
What is Wrongful Trading?
Section 214 of the Insolvency Act 1986 deals with Wrongful Trading:
Under this section, Directors may become personally liable to contribute (i.e. pay towards) to the assets of a company if the company was allowed to continue trading at a time when a Director knew (or ought to have known) that there was no reasonable prospect of the Company avoiding insolvent liquidation.
If wrongful trading is proven, the directors can then be held liable to pay compensation equivalent to the estimated losses incurred by the company. This is calculated from the point that they “knew” or “ought to have concluded” the insolvency of the company to the point of formal insolvency.
Depending on the size of the company and length of time between the two, these losses could be significant.
Exactly my point Poor, you have got longer and so have many others . You’re all waiting for the same thing. That’s not how I was taught to trade.
I do understand how to trade Poor. But I’ve never knowingly gone long a stock that is going bankrupt!
Unfortunately I fear most will end up get longer and wronger
Good luck though
Why will this stock spike? Makes no sense to me
Locked-out? You should be locked up Castle.
How is the chairman today?
Apologies, I meant who is the chairman today? Lol
How’s Richard Clarke’s performance today Castle?
Doh!
@Trisor
Lanstead? Market -makers? PIs?
If I could short I’d be short
…..want to trade with a company in this perilous position? I mean give money to a company that’s going under? Both retail and corporate? I’ll answer that. Nobody.
Well maybe Castle…,
Coming soon! Cosmic
@PartyPooper
OMG did it really get worse than this mob? I guess so
Actually UG you could be spot on re Dr M and NoGold.
He cuts and pastes irrelevant, repetitive but nevertheless super-annoying posts under both monikers.
