If this government has any creditability and clout, they would intervene and block any pre-pack administration. As the only winner would be the Wall street lender if PPA occurs.

What about the national interest! Safeguarding British jobs and championing British industry! I think Rothschild are pushing for a PPA. Corrupt to the core and this labour government are turning a blind eye to it.

The resident mice across all four yards are above shareholders in terms of pecking order of priority to sort this farce out.

Politicians and board of directors are all aligned.. they just lie through their teeth, have their own agenda, pretend they care and want to line their own pockets in one way or another.

I think it will be the combination of the two. Labour government will not want this to fail so early on in their administration, especially pledges made before the election on championing industrial growth and focus on green energy.

I also think the government/Whitehall want new leadership as one of the conditions, hence JW resignation.

To be honest JW had too much of 'cloak and dagger' aproach to all stakeholders. It was time for him to go.

I think the audited Accounts are ready. The board are buying time for finance deal. It's obvious. They are happy with the shares being suspended until finance deal is concluded, as I am certain there would be volatility in the share price or there would be further downward pressure on the SP if the shares were trading.

The board are buying time! Even though they are on borrowed time already. Also once the audit accounts are released, they would have to setup a date for the AGM, which they are dreading- as there are many disgruntled and upset investors. Cowardly if you ask me.
