As the CEO has said we have been focusing on the commissioners at the ICB and NHS trusts this is not straight forward buy. The ICB’s only this month received 1.2 billion to complete their restructures with the aim of a reduced workforce of 50%. Therefore they will not be making any commissioning decisions until people are in post at the start of April. Some decision makers have already left and can’t be replaced until the restructure is complete. We should see some major contracts this time next year.

Roger my portfolio is very good and even on here my break even is very low. You have a tendency to exaggerate as you have been found out a few times. One day you state you sold for a loss and then say I have accumulated for years. Make your mind up.

Roger bought two years ago when the price was 25p if he has two million shares that means he bought them for £500k I smell a cow and sheep smell.

In the current climate this is the best option to take a loan from someone who is a significant shareholder than the previous loans which decimated the share price

DN will probably want a million pounds worth of shares at 0.25p and then as a major share holder agree for the company to be sold at 1p a share leaving most on here with a massive loss.
