Sorry Speedy just read your second reply, that’s exactly what I suspect JPM buying on NCM behalf and as a MM they don’t have the same declaration rules as all other entities. They then simply sell on the shares when the time is right to NCM who will then be the legal owner and need to do a TR1. I think this has been happening for a long time
With the small number of shares in issue and the lack of free float shares available any hint of a tier 1 or 2 find and these prices will be a drop in the ocean. That’s the reason I hold and will try to build my stake. GLA LTH
Hi Speedy - JPM are not shorting GGP for trading profit, there is an ulterior motive and all will be revealed soon. What is your opinion the reason for shorting GGP. Mines is if you look at Newcrest then they have fingers (shares) in most of the explorers around the Patterson but not GGP?? Which is very strange
RE: ARV: PATERSON Central nr Havieron [Cores @5.8.22]12 Aug 2022 01:04
Hi Bamps hope you are well. I’ve looked at the guy standing over the cores and he has an magnifying glass looking at something in the core in his hand it’s not a powerful one just an eye glass. Can’t see him taking a photo
Who's selling, come on dont be scared, own up or is it JPM's short getting larger. They still got to buy them back, I hope it hurts, nasty little beggers. GLA
We are all doomed, doomed I tell thee. So all those institutions and funds buying must be an illusion then and they must be clueless. What a crock of crap but well timed to spread fear into the unsavy PI
RE: Havieron value grows $1b in two months - Australian Resources & Investment26 Jul 2022 15:48
I still think GGP employees should all take a month off so no one is present to accept formally the 5% Sale to NCM, there you go job done, we keep 30% :)
NoTrader - this is a discussion board and thats what im doing if you dont like it dont reply mate simple as that and by the way they do abide by different rules see below. Most of what is discussed is conjecture as no one actually knows the facts until RNSd
Submission of market-maker notifications and other exemptions to the FCA The rules require market-makers to notify the FCA in certain circumstances. A notification can be made using the TR-2 form (DOC). The completed form should be emailed to majorshareholdings@fca.org.uk, with the subject line 'Market maker notification' followed by the name of the relevant market maker.
SAS I see where you are coming from BUT any amount of shares at say 9 - 10p are way cheaper than what it is going to cost them to buy us out so they will be receiving a massive discount already on their holding. I think they have been buying in large numbers and Im sure I read you dont have to declare until the order is fullfilled.
Ive said it all along Im convinced NCM have been buying up shares in GGP on the cheap ever since Scally and this shorting by JPM is all part and parcel of it along with NCMs messages of doubt in their drill results are now another reason I believe they are buying shares and have been for a very long time. They havent got to declare until they have fullfilled their order of course and they havent yet.
RE: 60m - GGPs number or Newcrests?21 Jul 2022 12:46
well fingers crossed NCM arent happy with the $60m and dont take up the 5% option if you think their offer was only $9.5m, If Carlsberg did negotiations......
