Welsh deluded… I must be and my investment decisions did me OK when I bought in here around five years ago at 0.074p and now hold 6.4m golden tickets. Again it’s not Welsh’s board you complete t@t. They could have purchased and may well still could be purchasing 5% of all GGP for $20million not 60 on the open market, try standing up in front of your DIVI hungry investors and tell them you spent three times more than you could have.
Lastly open your eyes and your future investments may do considerably better

Risehall maybe they have via JPM and their short, who knows only time will tell they have skin in most of their other JVs so makes sense they would build up a holding in GGP

Welsh why wouldn’t they now be interested in a full take over I think Newcrest was banking on us not being able to raise our financing requirements and now we have. REALLY do think you should grow up and do one it’s a chat board not Welsh’s board
