Hey Bamps i read that message and Im sure we used to sing a similar rugby song in my youth🤣🤣🤣🤣 I can lt repeat it on here will be barred . Good luck
Cheers Bamps you’ve got to have a dream or wouldn’t life be boring, unless we hit the jackpot of course. Got a feeling we just might😆
Bamps sorry been out all day, I bow to your superior knowledge and research but Callum Baxter interestingly seemed to say it was doable. If Carlsberg did a processing plant and newly formed Gold miner. Antipa, Winu and maybe even the new target at ARV may come under our control. Thats what Im up to Bamps….dreaming
Congratulations Dr Magic very well done Sir
I think I said Rio maybe interested in Telfer and processing their Winu ore there and was told it couldnt happen. Glad Callum thinks it can as it adds that extra VaVaVroom to the whole sale possibility and who our JV partner could also be
Ive always suspected the Chinese down the road would snap us up or at least JV us
I missed the TH event yesterday (dam work) is there a way of watching it does anyone know.
I wouldnt imagine SD will close a deal until the Lower Aquifer is sorted out and works completed. I must admit to being a little annoyed that Im know reading six months which isnt a short pause. Wasnt the decline contracts ending in June
They can have control so we stay with the status quo and our 30%. I think financing a mine potentially producing $20 Billion in its lifetime will be fairly sought after by the banks. Plus if we hit another HV game on
Sandgrounded havent we got loan facilities fairly substantial ones at that from three well known banks and that was just for our 30%. Isnt SD a master in raising Finance and we have an excellent non exec board who have eye watering option's to cash in ans should they be complicit in an underhand deal to rob us Pi’s for some unknown reason then they are sacked and lose those options when we enact the right of first refusal over the JV. This drop today for a difference of 160K shares is a joke but the MMs made money from it and lots of it. Not concerned in this game as the PI’s have a very strong hand
There are other people who will fund and be after this deal from Newmont. If Wyloo try to pull a fast one then we will not sell to them as the PI’s still have a very strong voting position
Difference of about 100,000 shares and the crooks drop it over 7%. Paints a black picture doesnt it FALSELY
Peaceonearth - Where did you here that then I think the Aussies in that recent interview stated $150-200M
Dont worry the Clowns said we would be regularly updated as the deal is nearly done :)
I wonder if we could purchase the processing plant from Telfer and relocate it to Havieron, would that be possible? Would reduce transport and wouldnt leave us the liability of closing down and making good
Biswaz loved HV but I think he tried to shaft us on the 5% so not to be trusted
Can I remember someone saying if one party didnt want the JV any longer it automatically went to the other IV partner. At fair market value?? It was a long time ago now
123Gold are you on the wrong board. Blank drills my ar@e
So if all contracts end in June then a deal needs to be thrashed out pretty fast then. Bring it on
We dont need to sell any of our 30% share its Newmont who have to offload their 70% and Telfer so are on the back foot not us
