There appears to be quite an abundance of irrational exuberance, if I may say so... your premise is all founded upon the extraordinary valuation; however, this is one geologist's statement and is based on the "U" category of the resource, meaning "undiscovered". And anyone in the industry will tell you that a valuation such as provided, for undiscovered resources, is wildly overstated, and that it will require further, very substantial costs, in geophysical assessments and drilling and tangible results and proper analysis, before a rational valuation is possible and, perhaps then, a category of 'possible' or 'prospective'; then, after further exploration activity and costs, perhaps one of the rankings of 'conditional'; following all positive results, then much additional effort and cost to try to achieve a status of 'proven' resources, and with that, a true and rational valuation... and only then will you be laughing your way to the bank.

Fryer had been with GEX for approximately 2 years; and it is not a positive notion to leave the details and rationale behind this decision unclear. Although we have no direct insights into the reasons behind this decision, an unexplained termination does bring attention that it could be due to internal governance issues or strategic disagreements, or perhaps regarding the next-due financial reports; and the lack of explanation will serve to create more uncertainty among shareholders and stakeholders– the investors deserve better, especially given the months of missed timelines and dubious excuses.

The flooding has been concentrated in northeastern Queensland, particularly around Townsville, Hinchinbrook Shire, and surrounding areas like Rollingstone and Bluewater, which are geographically distant from both the Officer and Amadeus Basins... so, is it conceivable that the "photo evidence" is not actually true– that the flooding disruptions, elsewhere, were used, um, perhaps, uh.... incorrectly?? If so, does incorrect information given as excuses indicate an honest report?

Remember, Georgina promotes an extraordinary valuation of the resources, which are noted as 'Undiscovered'– truly bottom of the ladder, where the top is 'proven' resources. Worse, the measure for valuation was based on the "best" case (no one uses best case) and relates the Helium One share price– at that time (Jan-2023) their share price was 6.8; today, it is 1.16... well over a 80% loss in value during the past 18 months. And He1 categorises their most advanced project as a "prospective" resource, which is above the 'undiscovered'.

Everyone must vote on the reverse– wise to carefully examine the resolutions and the associated math, found in the first announcement of the upcoming shareholders meeting.

Is it actually a real transaction? Or is this [yet] another example of the [unconscionable] double-speak of pumping promoters?? Any serious raise for a transaction that is in connection with a merger involving a public company, will definitely include the price points/share values/other basic realities– always elusive, that.

Is there any information as to the state of due diligence activity? Can the company continue the suspension indefinitely, or is there an updating requirement by FCA?
