JF doesn't take private jets and has kept an eye on the cheque book. He has allowed for too many ( unearned) options to be granted , when GKP goes for a very large sum they will be loaded , pigs at the through.

CPR 2 said FP was 0.7% , this is BS as if that was the case the pressure drop off from production would be much more pronounced and you'd not have all the wells showing connectivity.

They said this after the s CPR was published. The Chinese have established, in laboratory and field tests, that a key CPR assumption is too conservative.

But the CPR assumes only about 20 years production. One-fifth of the GKP board’s figure The Peel Hunt note gives a peer group-based EV figure of some £13 a share. Should the true value be estimated by multiplying that by 5, giving £65 a share?

MOL have valued the 2P barrels at $8 each in an M&A context. This is ten times the projected Peel Hunt 2021 GKP figure. Using the MOL number, GKP is potentially worth £20 a share on the current 2P numbers.

In the 1st CPR ERCE said 0.4% FP. That very conservative figure gives 1.6 billion barrels of Reserves in the Fracture System alone! (4 billion barrels x 0.4%). ERCE now say 0.7% , this is BS as well the Chinese study posted below is right 2.5% .

One reason GKP IMO is sold or soon to be is that as I understand it pipeline builders build the pipe self funded for a % of every bll that goes through it .

So KAZ wouldn't be happy if the KRG said in 3 years time, ''Sorry the 700 k a day pipeline you built only has 100k going through it from Shaikan , we are letting GKP plod along to their own tune''.
