Regarding the $20m of allowed stockpile sales this was granted by the courts in the absence of an agreement because they wanted to keep the project moving, with the banks now agreed we will be able to ship all of the stockpile and things will start moving rapidly.

Well it all depends on the mining plan doesn't it.
The Sonora Project has a $1.25B NPV based on $11,000/t Li2CO3, we are currently 4% of the mining plan based on the current spot of $44,284/t Li2CO3 it's fair to say our holdings look well positioned!
With an acceleration of plans and higher tonnage (why on earth wouldn't they!) it's sure to be worth a lot more and likely way more than our market cap which still strikes me as crazy and makes a takeover a distinct possibility.

In my estimation Amapa fully operating has to be worth in the range of $1bn - $2bn, today it has to be worth at least $250m+ I.e our 27% worth well over £50m today and heading towards £350m with all of our other assets really the bare minimum is 60p I think and heading towards £2 when Amapa is producing.

Yes, looking forward to seeing the PFS and valuation / NPV figures soon, I expect that to be illuminating.

Yeah agreed Ban, it was more of an off the cuff comment as a remote possibility rather than a likelihood. The repayments are fully detailed in the JRP waterfall and are pretty minimal compared to the revenues. If we are looking at 67% I expect profits to be much higher than initially thought. Not to mention the JRP was written at a much lower ore price around $62/t if I remember correctly.

I don’t believe hardly anyone understands the true value and potential of what we have as it really could be 10x or more from here on 3-4 years time if we do see both Amapa (and or EMH/HAS/Sonora) to production.

Not at this juncture Bannor but in a month or two's time after the PFS numbers are out and the 20% is signed off.
