Hi @Mer, I haven't been following here as closely of late, I have also made liberal use of this site's facilities if you catch my drift.

There have been some court movements and more interestingly company changes including those related to the agenda of the EGM's (change of directors) so I can confidently assume things are still progressing behind the scenes and believe we'll have our news very soon.

Iron ore has been heading back up and shipping costs are coming down so expect there could be some more shipments soon.

As we have said many times, this is a big positive for KDNC because Ganfeng will be scaling this up and mining the JV areas sooner. I am confident they will want to own 100% and this is one of the only mines that will be allowed to go ahead due to their plans to privatise giving this project a near monopoly status in Mexico and further increasing its value.

Certainly sounded like they were both expecting news very soon
