Put yourself in the position of a placee, if you had 19,512,180 placing shares at 20.5 and could sell them at 21.5 you would make a circa 5% return in a matter of days by selling at that price (however cheap we think it is) netting £195,121 profit in only a matter of days from the £4.1m invested, add on top the open offer where many will be forced to sell just under 5% of their holding to re-buy in the open offer.
Once those cheap shares are bought up then the true market value will be much higher than today's price IMO.
Putting yourself on the other side of the deal, now is the time to buy because you are getting the forced sellers' shares at a substantial discount.
