Well look at the HAS market cap, roughly $200m pre-production so it was clearly possible if the tenements were the best ones and first on the mining plan, didn't work out that way... time to move on, stuck record or what.

Fault block 4 is within La Ventana, Fleur and El Sauz, essentially where the planned pit is and then heads south east in to El Sauz.

SRK also notes that the maximum value of 10,000 ppm Li that can be returned by the laboratory and method employed terminates the distribution curve of the Lower Clay Unit unnaturally. This suggests that all samples currently in the database with a value of 10,000 ppm would have higher grades if they were submitted for assay using a different method with a higher detection limit. There are a total of twenty samples in the raw sample database that have been returned with the upper analytical detection limit of 10,000 ppm Li. All of these samples fall within the high grade core of the Lower Clay Unit in Block 4. It is not considered to be a material issue, however, local grade estimates in this area will be underreporting true grades.

Yep, tax loss selling and I'm starting to wonder if our Aussie counterparts don't really understand the dynamics within the EU that will ensure this project goes ahead and gets funded, "soft-loans" etc.. it really needs to happen for the EU to have any level of self sufficiency, especially with NIMBYs blocking some of the other projects like SAV and the length of time it takes to go from drilling to mining.

I think once the 49% is cleared up and deals are struck, the brakes will come off, nobody cares due to the present market conditions.

There were also multiple bidders in the JRP process, it wasn't like it was just handed to Cadence, clearly there is interest in the mine from other parties.

Glencore are the ones buying the stockpile... and were once among one of the bidders for the project... let that sink in for a bit, very few seem to understand the value here.

A dividend to Cadence from Amapa could be double our current market cap based on those figures and that's without considering an increased stake in the project.
Forward P/E of 0.38 if this comes off.
P/E of 5 would see us circa £250m market cap, roughly 14 bags from here... only based on our 27% but that's why we're here right, also expecting EMH and Sonora to come good, worthwhile hanging on for the next year or two IMO. Risk reward is very good here.

Hoping to get some clarity on Friday but I have our 27% bare minimum at £24m based on $24m for 22% because I don’t see the 1.5x clause being used as we’ve already stated we plan to increase our stake.

@cmsammy it's £20m ($24m) as far as we know, but a raise would need shareholder approval for that amount and I don't see that being feasible. Hopefully Kiran clarifies this in the Q&A.

Yes, that's why I outlined two possibilities that are alternatives to equity raises.

Thanks @Dallas, @obs is right, it's too complicated for someone taking a 5 minute look, obviously many of us have spent a long time going through it all and even then it's not always simple to get! Once the right of first refusal is clarified I think it will take the brakes off the SP.

The project needs the $24m as part of the JRP (Dip B) "Project Equity" we can fund that taking us to 49%, or bring on a partner yes and keep our 27%. KM saying in the AR that we intend to increase our stake (not a partner buying in) and hopefully will offer an explanation of how he see's that being funded on Friday's Q&A.
