I get the history and the feelings towards the BOD but to me that creates the seeds for opportunity and mispricing. I don’t have the burden of waiting many years.
Literally all you have to do is believe they are being truthful and that the deal will happen and if that proves to be the case you’re going to do very well out of this.
The beauty of this one is it’s all there in the courts and ports to find out about and verify for yourself.
The risk reward is just incredibly slanted in your favour if you’re willing to look at the future value and potential of the assets.

I am happy with my holding circa 50% of PF in now and that’s enough for me. I mean the CEO is telling us it’s a done deal on record. So I’m amazed at the lack of reaction in the share price. If I wasn’t already fully loaded I’d be adding more. Another movement….. feels close now. Might even use the i word…. imminent!

It does muddy the picture a bit Obs that we’ve shipped for others, but the ghost ship makes me think it’s known but not supposed to be known publicly. This supports the “fait accompli” statements.

That’s 6 including the one we’re told wasn’t for us. And that’s the slot after the black lagoon Obs ;-) at the end of July.

Kiran was extremely confident… perhaps because it’s all sorted and sat in the courts inbox?
There was another in our name Obs I’ve made a note but it wasn’t there for more than a few minutes (possibly realised it gave the game away but not sure) but I am watching it closely- it hasn’t set off from WAFR yet but it’s the right sort and would be #6.

Concluded for dispatch is a commonly used legal term and it means that the process is ready at a certain stage and it is with the judge and he will determine the next step, that is, what administrative movement the process should follow and be forwarded correctly so that it reaches its end.

When it does move upwards, it will move very quickly, might catch a few out who think they are "traders".

More likely if we stay so cheap IMO is a buyout from a bigger name, e.g Glencore, Ganfeng etc.

Exactly Evan, but given this is fait accompli as Kiran says, then it looks like a bargain to me.

Thanks for sharing, some surprising errors in the information he stated considering he's paid to know about the company and a lot of um's and er's. He also failed to mention the bacanora takeover bid and how that could be significant.
His 40p post deal target price is also ridiculously low.
There is a lot of hidden value here.

KDNC will also appear on more people's screeners now the PE Ratio (TTM) is positive at 4.27 and has strong earnings for the past year.

Would be interesting to calculate an NPV or earnings on these numbers of course partly offset by increased shipping rates. Staggering to think that this company could be earning more than it's current market cap annually. I.E potentially a forward P/E of <1 at todays market cap.

If you take the 27% ownership and apply it to the $660m Anglo American write down value it's roughly £1 a share, however in full production you could be looking at double that, with 49% double it again.
