The one thing I would note about Marlin V is that the agency used was "Amapa Shipping". The rest are all Norte Trading (past and future).
My current understanding is the next shipment finalises the $10m and any future shipment is post bank settlement (which could happen at any time). The number of ships booked shows an expectation that this is going to be finalised very soon. The RNS wording was vague around whether they already have signed or not. So it's possible they have.

Understood Bannor, fortunate to not have been waiting too long and already with substantial profit makes waiting a bit easier. History aside, when you take a step back and look at the scale of the opportunity it's quite compelling now.
