Does this mean news is not imminent as you normally post Noba?

I am sure we have all seen this post ( many times) Tom. So now you can relax and stop posting the same message over and over again.

Noba said that imminent news was due 6 weeks ago. It never arrived....so I am not sure how Noba defines imminent. Perhaps within 6 months is imminent?

For a man of approx 60 years of age you think he would be wiser and have a degree of compassion. The poster he is threatening to sue is fighting to save his home and recover financially. So a 3 -5 year court battle ( allegedly) would result in what exactly? I dont believe for one moment he is suing anyone and neither do the majority of people on HUR. If he does persist though, lots of posters will rally around the "victim" and support him. Simple loves to antagonize people and one day he will meet his match and then just disappear like a fart in the wind.

Simple is not sueing anyone. It's all bullsh#t and he hates being called out about it. He says I am filtered.......BRILLIANT I think that's great. Once again he gets things wrong with his made up stories and it catches him out.

SIMPLE...you are correct when you say this is an investment forum. Therefore there was no need for you to announce that you were taking legal action against another very well respected poster. It's none of anyones business, so dont bother posting your rubbish legal actions on here. You should also learn that fine art of silence and STOP saying you are in the process of legal action. The poster in question is going through some tough financial times and does not need your bulls#it pressure.
If you really are taking legal action I ask you once again to show proof. Simple put ..... tell me the first half of his postcode. You should know it because it's on the legal documents you would sign

You mention more KPop more Startart and bigger Formula E etc etc. To help me calculate if I should invest more , could you please tell me how much profit each of these sectors made last year. Simple is correct ..... no profits mentioned so far. However to help me get on the Passenger train rather than a cargo train , help me out with profit number please.
