It would be nice to see some hard figures. You know the sort of numbers like turnover? Costs? Profit? Profit after tax? Etc etc Vast dont like to share these numbers though for some reason. Any ideas why?

Hello Nick .....I was thinking about taking a punt on this share, but after reading your post I put the brakes on. Any other info available to someone who has just "noticed"this share?

Sense...thank you for the reply. I have read your posts along with Kooba's and between you I now have a far better understanding of this complicated issue. I will be emailing the people mentioned and hope to get a straight reply. Well done to BOTH you and Kooba for some excellent info. ( now just waiting for the simpleton to add his pennyworth in a long drawn out post that I will ignore anyway).

Sense... another excellent post and full of information. I have popped over to the rival and read the relevant posts. It does appear to be a bit of a minefield this topic and therefore we really could do with some form of legal expert to post his/her/they/ them opinion. ( keeping my options open there ) I am hoping that the deal will improve for the benefit of us smaller shareholders...... but I wont hold my breath. Once again excellent post and keep up the good work you do for us all. We really do appreciate it. :)

Noba... we are down 12% over the last 5 days. You might think it's safe but the share price is dropping. I am holding on for now but still waiting for that imminent news you keep mentioning. I hope Vast will rocket upwards soon because it's been a rollercoaster ride so far. :)

Noba..... yesterday you said news would be in the morning. This morning arrives and no news ! You then post "no news is good news" WTF are you saying? Another post today says price will fly....yet we open 5% down. Now once again the news is imminent and this must be the same imminent news you were posting about 6 weeks ago. Please give us all a break !!!!!
