Agree with you Guzzler, but I did not mention it because it's a situation for Sarah to deal with and not us. She says she gets paid her salary partly in shares which she is unable to sell. Tbh....that's her problem not ours.

My issue is, that I want the company to communicate some financial numbers and put an end to this poor communication.

It really is a pathetic situation to be in and the instigator of it is DC.

And they were sold within minutes.

Even loyal employees can get frustrated and annoyed at management incompetence. DC is a real master in that area. 😁👍

In defence of Sarah.......she did mention in her email that she was a shareholder and she shared our frustrations with the situation. She also said she is pushing for an RNS to explain the situation. But.....she is not on the B.o.D and therefore I think her efforts are faling on corporate deaf ears.

I had a reply from Sarah yesterday stating that one of the reasons for the delay in publishing the accounts was a change in regulations for listed companies.

Forgive me ..... but wouldn't auditors have some sort of notice about pending changes? Therefore they could make provision to deal with these changes.

I smell something here.......BS comes to mind.

My point Simple is that LVCG via Sarah ANSWER emails. I have sent 3 and got 2 answers so far. Yet 7 emails to Vast and 4 phones calls result in nothing.

At least Sarah replies to emails. For those of us with VAST shares you will understand what poor communication is really about.

Had a reply from Sarah this morning following my email regarding when the company will come out of suspension. The answer was a "diplomatic ..... not long now" answer.

Follow up email was asking her to define not long. Watch this space for the answer.😁👍
