Is anyone impressed by these two RNS listings? I am not. The big question goes unanswered. When will we be able to sell up and get out?

Start getting those complaints in now. Why wait......this guy has had long enough to sort this mess out and has had ample warnings. Let's take him down.

Part of Sarah's salary is paid in shares ... which she is unable to sell at the moment.

I feel that Sarah is just as frustrated with him as we are. She is in a difficult position and she tends to vent her anger. ( well done sarah)

DC on the other hand is just a dirty piece of work. No shame no morale compass and zero compassion to those who have invested their hard earned money into his lifestyle money pit.

Yet more radio silence from DC. Weekend looming so maybe ...just maybe we will hear something in Monday. Dont bank on it though. This guy is an absolute disgrace.

Shlomo & mcco...... I am 80% down on this one . Like you it was a " looks like a good punt" idea that has turned into a disaster. Still other shares have compensated for this mess so all is not bad.

Just to clear one point up. He said the "Radio silence" was deliberate not witholding the accounts. He said the accounts were in the final stages...... but hey, they have been like that for several weeks now ( if not months)

I hope so....... I am deep underwater with this share.

Suedee5.... I had an email from Sarah a few weeks back that said the accounts should be ready soon. Recently I have had the reply from our "missing in action" DC who stated in an email that the accounts are in the final stages. I am not sure where tintin gets his info but I have it in writing. Therefore those emails are then forwarded to the insolvency service to back up my complaint.

DC is NOT to be trusted in any way shape or form. Perhaps in future tintin it might be an idea to record the phone calls. I feel we are going to need as much evidence in future to tackle this rouge.

i have just returned from a tech free break in iceland and as you can imagine there is a lot going on over there at the moment.

i thought i would reply to some posts regarding a reply i got from dc recently. he told me not to post his reply .....so i wont . but i will post some bullet points.

1...his email confirmed neither he nor the bod had any intention to delist the company.

2..... the accounts were in the final stages of preparation. ( how long does it take to add up some numbers ffs)

3... the company had 2 or 3 exciting projects on the go. my reply was to say that as a director of the company he should know if its 2 projects or 3. not give a wishy washy answer like that.

4.... nomads were active on all parts of the company. ( really ? )

5... both he and the bod were fully aware of their legal duties and financial duties.

6....he and the bod were fully aware of the radio silence and it was deliberate.

i wont say to much about my blunt reply to his email, but i did mention the **** up of kpop london and the looming disaster of frankfurt. i also made some heavy critism of his communication.

my initial excitement about his reply is now short lived and i like tintin have been led up the path by this diabolical man

I actioned your great idea about contacting the insolvency service and I was pleasantly surprised by the response I got. I therefore emailed them a second time with a more detailed explanation of my concerns ( and other shareholder concerns)

I then emailed info@ live giving details of my complaint to the insolvency service. Would you believe it ......... within 24 hours I have had a reply from our mystery missing in action DC.

I am now a lot happier about where this company is heading and feel a lot more confident in my investment.

However ...... ( and that's almost like a but ! ) DC has a very very bad track record , so I am keeping in mind the thought of being let down very badly.

Now I know you just love to post the long long drawn out letters ...... so this is your chance to "go for it" 😀👍

It's a great idea asi and I would recommend others contact the service and then copy your email to info@live .

Let's see if we get a constant reply to all letters of complaint.
