Agree that management need to get a grip on operational matters where the outcome is as you have experienced. The interesting thing is that I have, in the last 4 months, renewed to products and added to new products with Aviva through both on-line and a mix of on-line/agent transactions and it has all gone really well. I am also a user of Barclays Smart Investor platform and although it was a total shambles at the outset, it has been a very effective platform since it settled down and certainly now earns them good fees that are worth it for what is delivered.
