I keep doing the calcs and I get around £1 every time with the data we know, who knows what the buyers know. Any well researched pi here will know that we may get more or we may get less but the absolute minimum would be 50p and maximum £1.50. Quite a wide range... let’s just hope it’s top of that range!

This imo is a lesego and polyus JV and buyout of Eurasia, together they could easily afford $3-5b. James can be the vital link that brings the two together because of his experience with both. Makes for smooth transition and a profitable new venture.... FOR EVERYONE

A lot said and thought (including me) the interim report would be underwhelming and was being hyped too much. imo this is unbelievable news and confirmation there will be a sale. Why put it right at the forefront of the report and not at the end with a disclaimer warning of risks? Obvious answer is this is happening and they are quite literally dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s. The biggest deal on aim Ever is now a formality. My guess for the 26th of October is looking rather good right now..... 3,4 or 5 weeks for these lawyers to do the business?

I have seen some on here saying that to get the deal done this year would be a bonus. In my humble opinion this statement is utter nonsense, why would they even start the fsp if they intended for it to drag on over 6 months. The final bod changes have been made to execute this deal, not build up to the deal, execute it (make it happen basically) COME ON EUA I love this share and what we have in the ground! all banks are working on succession fees, a JV will not pay their fees. A sale of the company or its assets will

I like to think I’d take 50p so that I’m not disappointed if it’s 45p/50p, how can any of us be disappointed with a price 150% greater than the current price. However, with all the hush hush NDA’s and with ap working for us on a project quite recently (LinkedIn) you just get the feel there’s two or more buyers joining forces to swamp Eurasia with cash to make sure they get these world class assets that will only increase in value. We know DS is a deal maker and the bod have shown they are shrewd at executing the best decisions for shareholders. Vtb,citic and now ubs, several interested parties with so many possible outcomes and that this has been a 12 month journey tells us that the board have slapped away multiple cheeky informal offers, they are still here though so maybe now FOMO for these big miners means they are willing to splash out on Eurasians desired price.

We are on the cusp of the biggest AIM deal ever. 50p minimum here. If you trade/invest regularly and your not in this then you need to go take a long look at yourself in the mirror and ask yourself why you haven’t put the house on this. If they were going to shaft us then the licenses wouldn’t have been granted, also note the fsp started even before we were given approval for the flanks, this shows confidence. Also just think would a no deal really be a shafting???
