I wish I had more shares in this fantastic company! The dfs definitely looks to be the buyer or buyers last request here and not we are c. 40p we are in a great position for offers to be recommended to us. I know it’s a completely different company but the collagen offer was at a 150% premium. That would put us at £1 and I do think that is conservative. I think the final issuance of the dfs could potentially put us at around 50p and offers will then come in. We still don’t know if there are is 1 bidder or 3! All good imo and I do think this will get wrapped up before 2021 but hey ho if not I’m happy to wait a little longer with all of my holding still intact. 12p average here and jealous of the LTH’s with millions although I do have a few 100k’s myself. GLA maybe this week?!

Could we have the offer before the wk dfs. Surely they have done the 2.9 now for a reason otherwise why not do it just before the full dfs or just after?

It still may be NN that buy us, they might wait until Friday to announce because it’s literally one day after the index listing and may look suspicious. Either way dla have had a good crack at this and citic ubs and vtb been involved for some time. Confident of this landing before the new year

CROSS CHECK THE VOLUME, if 30% was bought today then the volume would be north of 900m !!!!!!!

Volume for the day was 75m now for 30% of the company to be bought the volume would need to be 30% of 3b shares which is 900m
And that’s just buys let alone sells. There’s no hostile takeover there is just the duplication of lots of trades accidentally via a glitch

Afternoon all! Would just like to say that personally I’m not expecting an offer RNS this week although I am hoping for one! I’m more of a believer in the idea that there is maybe a consortium of 3 buyers (lesego, Russia and maybe Chinese) and this is why it’s taking DLA so long to sort the legal out, a very complex multi £b deal is what we have here imo. I do however expect a significant rise in the share with us being added to the index and the potential for a resource upgrade.

Still here, big trades yet again poor nervous PI are getting robbed. Every sensible Eurasianite is still holding. I think we will be updated before 01/12. I’ll be very surprised if we are not.

Off work this week, now I can watch this board, twitter and the share price all week! What a time for the deal to drop! Fingers crossed. This now feels like a stand off between the LTH’s and the MM’s.

An entirely plausible theory here and also one of my theories is that maybe DLA take 6-8 weeks to deliver the goods and get the deal over the line
We are then I’m a period of chasing final signatures etc just like the kaz deal. Kaz didn’t RNS the offer until 1 month after! So DLA to be finished or finishing up now (I’m almost certain of this) and then maybe 4-6 weeks before we hear of the deal

I emailed the company last week and got a reply 2 days later. I’m not supposed to share the contents of the email with anyone (not that it has inside information, because it doesn’t) however Eurasia kindly responded to my concern of a lack of general update and fsp update. Obviously they could not update on the FSP but they did state in the email that ‘our directors are aware that our investor base is due an update’

These really do indicate something is afoot, will we hear before the index listing and then the NN capital markets day on the 1st
Maybe we won’t? Maybe it’s a Chinese or SA buyer?

So many options here for there not to be a deal and don’t forget ubs and DLA, deal could have been agreed in principle then DLA come in with the M/A iron to rid the ultimate deal of any creases. Stock of the year anyone? My moneys on this to blow ncyt out the water with a £1 plus deal

I have an issue as to why people all of a sudden think that this is now miraculously going to take us into 2021, since the interim report nothing has changed for worse... in fact only for the better as we are now promoted into the msci index. DLA piper brought in almost 7 weeks ago now, why were they brought in? No way have they been hired to drag this out until 2021. A lot here need to wake up to the fact this can be any day now

With the kaz deal the offer RNS came 1 month after the offer so maybe we have already had our offer and it’s been accepted

DJm I believe around $5billion would be £1.30 - £1.40 not 94p
So £1.30 is a very possible outcome here
