Chairman, it will take many years to get to a £100m cap - they will need at least a £1B mandate to earn enough fees / comm - bonus for the city to re rate this com to 100m. It is possible but not in 6m-12m time

Sorry did say last post but I still have a link to a big local insurance company (this can be verified if needs be) and I'm being kept informed of up and coming developments. My contact knows of Swick and what he's trying to achieve here.

Those last trades about 1.3m around 2.5p look like sells

Company will initially finance its business through the Net Proceeds and then from the fees generated by its advisory business'

Ho Vcb2, Thanks for your reply. Well if he expects a £30m cap in short term then we can expect large mandates to be confirmed. So as to earn about £3m to £5m in annual fees. For the market to re rate them. Don't believe they turned away a £2m private placement as the £660k they raised will last them to Dec 18. As noted in Admission Doc. Unless they are expecting a large mandate with upfront fees? Could not find Kango's sales revenues where D Swick is Ceo.....but seems he has a good track record. Ceo was ex Ceo of Stratman G resources, so I question his past experience in this SLS area. But Danny seems to be the main man here. Lets see what contracts they sign up in the short term. If they manage to close a 50m plus contract then will increase their credebility in this company and can then win more mandates

Can't see any broker notes with this target price and no vox market interviews whereby he mentioned this PT

So what makes you say Danny Swick is offering 30p target for us in this company

No, was it a worked sell order for that volume, not a buy, which has brought the price down

So from posts below are you saying the Cheif O Oficer of this company, is saying he thinks his shares are worth 30p each. Or the short term target price, if that's the case why didn't they IPO the company at a much higher premium, based on their background - potential

Every director always thinks their share price should be trading much higher, they are the biggest rampers of their company

Proff is in the pudding - prove up your business model - sign up the contracts - prove up your commissions - margins - make a serious profit then mr market will re rate your co's share price - a bit early stage now IMO
