Finance for production8 Jun 2020 16:08
I've been reviewing the media on this company, the CEO seems incapable of meeting deadlines, it must have been a very rough ride for early investors. The business looks better now than it ever did and the sp is probably undervalued. As far as I can tell they need about $400m to start construction, $90m provided by Ganfeng (22.5%) with $150m drawdown from RK (but I seem to remember some of that has been used). So optimistically that's $160m (maybe $200m) needed to get construction started by the end of this year. Any ideas on where this funding is going to come from? My main concern is yet another 2 year delay.
