There are two types of groups on Telegram - public and private.

Prem Research Group is a public group and is open to anyone who wishes to join. The difference between a public and a private group, a private group is a closed group that requires you to be added by the owner. The PREM Research Group has never been a private group as anyone with the Telegram app can join. The Telegram app is accessible to anyone who wishes to install it on their phone or desktop Like LSE chat groups, its free and requires you to enter your personal details in order to join and people are allowed to have their own Usernames to identify themselves. The difference between LSE chat group and Telegram group is that it is highly monitored by admins and people who has a hidden agenda whose intention is to disrupt and spew misinformation about prem can be removed instantly to promote healthy discussions between PREM investors.

In the unfortunate circumstance you find yourself unable to join the PREM telegram group, it means you have joined previously and have been removed by admin.
