Joy- I don’t really know what they should do but I class RP as incompetent. He don’t think ahead. Raising with PB is not thinking on feet it’s reverting to type. How was the $5m from True spent ???? Sub - why would we join an oil conf. We ain’t into oil right now. Name me one sticky cornerstone investor in HNR? Renegade flipped. PB flip. The single investor that raised at 30p never declared who it was. Know doubt that 5m warrants will also be flipped by the weed growers The insentive scheme is just another example of a rush job which will further hurt SP in future. Not really thought out. NPV majorly damaged over last 2 years that we won’t even bother with a broker note. I would be giving RP an easy ride as some do. HNR as a share has become an environment ripe for shorters, 10%ers and flippers all at the cost of LTH. Who is responsible for that?

HD and Joy totally plausible and most likely. Who would have thought the platform we done the raise through shorting us....again. You both would agree that this is not a good way to raise funds? It was a small raise, did RP really need to do it in this fashion? Was it due to speed? Why D8 been doing the pilot for a while now. I have a lot of goodwill for the technical team that delivered ED but this guy RP has milked the SHs and the value out of HNR. Who is this extremely experienced management team they have in place from D8? No names provided in the RNS. He’s damaged this companies reputation in the market as a small O&G player that has the technical skills to play with the big boys in their own back yard to what it is now........fill in the blanks

Anyone who knows how placings work the flipping can start as early as the next trading session. This one obviously decided to take a 1.5k haircut. Some will flip regardless action as soon as they get hold of their shares it’s their Stratergy reliant to make a quick turn on basis SP stays above placing before the shares are officially announced as trading. A lot of placings lately have gravitated below placing price on aim. I don’t see why this will be any different even though not on AIM still applies

You are developing a state of the art facility which you hope to operate in and optimisiation wont be until 2020 but hnr walks in with its gas and all of a sudden they say ok here you go your show, we will work for you. HD just read your post. Smarts a bit? AP your losses are just a little bit in this context. I can admit when I’m wrong and yes RP didn’t invent DTU. However it still remains he’s a smooth talking ex banking Original shareholder of diversion tech llc who done pretty well out of selling DTU to hnr which Shareholders paid for and still could further and he lies about placings. Lots of questions why D8 have it up which you acknowledge we won’t know unless D8 tell us. Yes the yield is bigger but they have just given up a state of the art growing facility for a stake in HNR...on the back drop of how RP operates something don’t smell right. Until they bag it sell it and post revenues I’m not convinced. But revenues soon right ? 10k plants by summer yielding 12g per plant at $3 minimum. So let’s see if sales are posted at $360k minimum and how quick. How does a owner of the facility ‘cease its operations’ when full completion of the site isn’t till 2020? You could be right HD it could be as simple as they see value in hnr paying lease funding the process but I’m yet to be convinced. Lots of questions for me. $8m in the bank around this time last year...where’s it all gone!

District 8 were organic long before HNR came along they didn’t use fertlelisers before. We will see what they will deliver. If past performance is anything to go by it won’t be Shareholder value. Are you as excited about this as your were about the development of DTU and Helios or about the same? Or maybe WD really floated your boat.
