HD and BH you can bang on as much as you want how great the RNS was in your own echo chamber which this has now become. The RNS is the dumbest bit of PR I've seen in a long time. You launch a product in a new market but you decide to use it to bury bad news about ED! It's typical HNR. Because of the shear incompetence and history of the company this is not going anywhere until they start showing actual sales of the CBD. Now you may think this is a great entry IF you think they actually going to do what they have stated. But we've heard it all before 48 wells at ED, Helios project, DTU testing. Three stalled projects all combined just about providing enough revenue to pay for the salaries. Be careful who you listen to when the those who promote the company endlessly without addressing the companies shortfalls. Before the CBD play they were still promoting the company blindly.

You fail to see that only one of the projects actually taken of and we currently only have a 7.5% interest in 8 of the wells. 48 wells is the dream that was sold. DTU, advance discussions to test. How many tests to date? Advance discussions regarding the Nitrogen project will be a year of this soon. Helios....it goes on and on. Until they produce the plants at scale and sell it as per RNS I don’t believe a word of it. If the nitrogen is so good why isn’t the agri sector in Denver all over this? Where did the cash go from true oil?!

You don't know I'm not. You reference past mistakes but then do not apply caution in your future potential. This may not be a lifestyle company but currently this is not a company that has made any returns to LTH investors, BOD continually get paid well and dilution occurs to the further detriment of holders. You then have people like HD who pass it of as a temporary blip because of the potential of near term revenue. This IMO is the dangerous thinking. But then again HD has seen the whites of RP's eyes and is mesmerised. Not sure why you so confident.
Also for the record I don't mind placing and dilution if we getting the money! It's part and parcel of a being a discovery player. I don't appreciate the lies and underhand tactics to raise when you spunked $5m in the last year and have nothing to show for it apart from a well that apparently only costs 210K to develop.

im not saying Morning star is correct. Far from. However it has a date of 30/03/2019 against one of the holdings which indicates to me they are updated to this date. Rosseau holdings at one point were close to 10% weren't they? until ART decided he'd dilute the carp out of this share. still no TR1's so the 5% explanation is blown out.

R Dunc, not correct you don't have to issue TR1's if the company has not been notified. Check copl history not 1 TR1 has ever been issued. Very unlikely that shareholding have not changed above below threshold since inception. Jeez you can tell who the bulls in here are can't you!
