And throw environmental clearance approval in there and we’re good to roll. Yeah, if you look up participants and sponsors of cera week, looks there are plenty of players doing some solid lobbying.

During the Quarter the Company advised that it is establishing an opt-out unmarketable parcel sale facility ("Facility") for shareholders on the ASX register who hold less than A$500 worth of fully paid ordinary shares in the Company ("Unmarketable Parcel"). The ASX Listing Rules define an Unmarketable Parcel as those with a market value of less than A$500. The Facility will only be available to shareholders who hold their shares on ASX, and not AIM Depository Interest holders.

I do feel more clear on the timelines and likely next steps have to say. Obviously various steps are external, but again ratification is strictly not of much use until environmental clearance comes through anyhow, so as long as comes through hopefully by year end, in time for re-start early next year.. so in the meantime they’ve been busy with finding well management provider.

Morning Gordon, yes that was my conclusion seeing the process/timeline document.

For existing wells a simpler process, no need for any hearing, and they’re expecting the approval any minute.

For new wells, the 270 day process outlined in the document has to be followed, including public hearing, which probably is what took place last week. The remaining steps/timelines align well.

Reading the two paragraphs and also have the Gujarat process doc helps to clarify (I think).

Btw, based upon the below process/timelines the public hearing clearly is only in relation to the two new wells, and unrelated to the existing two wells. I assume based upon 3Q report no hearing is needed, as is a renewal. https://gpcb.gujarat.gov.in/uploads/PROCEDURE_FOR_ENV_CLEARANCE.pdf

I was going to answer the very same! Assuming the public hearing went ahead as per plan, hopefully there will be an update coming our way sooner rather than later. I’m however taking a conservative view to it all, seeing how long it’s taken for goi piece so far.

Thanks Jasper, and indeed it takes money to make money as the saying goes. As I have a long-term view I’m good with either I’d say as long as can visualise where they’re headed.

So perhaps a bit of a wait (bumpy road) still, until funding is in place and then hopefully positive results/news will start to flow (no pun intended) early next year onwards, if all goes to plan.

The only uncertainty I had from reading it was that it mentions the equity sale will keep them afloat for two months (u til year end), whereas it mentions raising within the Q (end of Jan), assuming dates refer to date of report being issued as opposed to end of the Q.

This scenario, and with them saying they will start production early 2022, And this was in January we would see increase.

I understand however you have had it confirmed hand fromRoland the placing will occur this year already.

Either way, funds are needed without question.

It was I believe, unless it was postponed. It was on official schedule. Let’s hope it went smooth.

I believe timelines aren’t what we hoped for, however to be fair this is still a long-play. Funding side strictly all they did was to explain where all the 4m + cash are earmarked, not really anything we didn’t know if we had sat down and done the math. Agree free cash is low but yes let’s see what comes our way. I’m good to wait but yes frustrating with delay after delay - atb
