Correct towzer, it got discussed here the other day. The shares were previously held in escrow, indeed shame about drop in price recently.

The view is this year towzer, as it was specified with quarterly report as being planned in the upcoming (current) q. Same goes for Armour share sales, where it was funnily enough mentioned “December” quarter. So assume in coming weeks before turkey will be in the table for most.

Alan, I guess that’ll depend on the price at time of placing, including discount applied. Cap is 25% without approval but in quarterly report they specified a fixed $amt.

And followed by a raising day after AGM I noticed. Let’s see what Monday brings.

Conger, not seen that point be made previously re the bank guarantee either. So on the basis of that, strictly anytime between tomorrow and end of Jan then? Bearing in mind also the pandemic situation etc.

Should be interesting time period coming up. I know we’ve all been waiting for news but we seem to be moving from extended period with rather loosely defined timelines to more fixed ones.

They’re gonna have to do something to increase it if they are going to be able to raise the amount mentioned in the report. At this level they want manage even if get approval to issue 25% addl shares- atb

Could be anything from 1-6 months it seems.

I placed a sizeable fill order on hl earlier, but got feedback couldn’t be filled at requested price and that it would be .20 p to fill it. So clearly won’t take too much buying for us move upwards into 20s again. Atb
