Sorry, omitted to include it seems the conversion still happens on Maturity date, so I agree would expect something to rnsâed. Indeed, a few shares but makes the company debt-free.
Re the convertible unsecured loan, I noticed under âother termsâ, itâs mentioned that unless notification is received by 26/02 it, and interest, will automatically be converted into shares.
Morning gents, sorry for the abbreviations etc. Thanks scccss
Iâve joined The Hive on TG, 3.5k members. The by far most selected stock picker for March is Syn. Letâs see if comes through.
I take it you are not in bonnie Scotland then gordon - lol
Quite happy to wait a few weeks for the goi approval / funds paid rns, perhaps accommodating the goi request with plug removals will in the end have been a wise move!
Absolutely c2, way to go
At least we now know that the JV didnât hinge on any raise, seeing it was signed prior to tomorrowâs GM. Onwards and upwards.
Gordon, might be that a company of that size will have the rigs etc., which would significantly reduce the cost for all future wells.
And it beats my expectations by a long mile - well done
Jpp, are they moving the company to UK perhaps, from Australia?
Muck, youâre very right. Iâve been part of the process almost more time than I can remember. I can however very well understand the frustration of many, with moving goalposts on more than one occasion. Fully hope it will soon come to conclusion, to avoid any unnecessary further concerns and uncertainties popping up.
Yes, fully appreciate there is more than one school of thought re this Gordon. I assume it will soon be revealed imminently- pun intended.
I think shareholders need to take some âcreditâ for this, seeing there has been a lot of pressure out towards them providing frequent updates. Perhaps they should have resisted the push, but hey after all theyâve listened to shareholders.
I do agree re the regular slip on the target dates, this is however common and all part of the game. Hopefully in the end, we will all be pleased, to avoid ambiguity further down the line.
Letâs keep trucking.
I suspect last week there would have been limited access to many Indian o&g gas resources with the Energy Week happening in Goa. From keeping an eye on what was going on, seems it was a very busy event.
Morning, just a small comment on the NET PRESENT VALUE. This was based on the presentation made a while back. We have since been advised there is an âambitiousâ drill program being looked at. If that materialises, cash should come in quicker, hence as a result also lead to a higher NPV. Furthermore, if we get lump sum, should lean less interest payments.
Anyhow, lots of assumptions were surely made in the model which we do not know in enough detail.
L2 looking very bullish atm
Agree ssss, and although more long-term, letâs not forget that SYN owns 50% of a major ccs license in the uk, alongside a blue chip. I believe the recent acquisitions, proves the value of it . If a major like adnoc finds it worthwhile buying a 10% only stake from another company to get a small part of such a license, should give some idea that theyâre worth a pretty penny.

Looks there will be no concern about demand for our gas supplies in years to come - https://x.com/oilandenergy/status/1755268876462416120?s=46
Sure hope so Gordon, might open a special bottle of malt..
