Level 2 action would certainly suggest so. Imagine if we did get a warrants converted RNS as Jimzi mentioned last night. I think this would sky rocket.

Thanks Bonker, agree with Myles and think he and others have been vindicated by yesterday's RNS in terms of their valuations for Mkango's businesses. Before yesterday the naysayers could say that the comparisons to Cohen and Co US rare earth listings in the US were pie in the sky and not the reality for Mkango. Now we know they are not. The big thing, as Myles points out, is that now we can compare Mkango's businesses in valuation terms to its peers on the NASDAQ. So while we got great news yesterday on MKAR, that RNS may be even more important for Maginito/Hypromag's valuation, which is likely to be substantially higher than that of MKAR.

No trading going on for me at the moment. Two things happened:

1) got mine and my wife's New Zealand pensions (they pay in after tax over there) transferred over (we had lived there for 7 years and then had to wait a year after arrival back in the UK to get the transfer) and stuck it in our ISA's for the year, so that's £40k.

2) Transferred a lot of mine and her SIPP money from US funds into Gold stocks in Jan-Feb, including Greatland Gold, big thanks Bonker and others who got me researching them. These have done very well and while I would like to continue holding them, given the clear value disconnect after yesterday's RNS I have been selling gold stocks and moving more in here. When I said I was tapped out, it was because I wasn't willing to sell Greatland shares pre-ASX listing. As mentioned yesterday, I still really like Greatland and the gold stocks, but I have higher conviction here. This kind of portfolio concentration isn't for everyone and I fully recognise the risks, and appreciate the warnings from others. But I think the RNS yesterday has changed my investment thesis in terms of long term exit targets and de-risked my holding, so I'm feeling comfortable right now.

Not on X so can't see his latest views on valuation, could you share a link please? Would welcome Myles thoughts on the SP reaction here as well. It is clear to me that the whole business should be valued in the region of £1.5-£2 for starters given the 90p for MKAR.

I really thought that with the final top ups in the low 14's earlier this week that I was fully stocked and that my next share transactions would be sells, top slicing when we moved a lot higher e.g. 50p+. But yesterday's RNS was a game changer imo and also shows what we could achieve if we did a similar thing with Maginito (the recycling business). I have been adding, and will continue to.

Imo, we are pretty much de-risked for any buy under 50p. Either the AIM market wakes up to the valuation disconnect or we move off AIM, as Squirty says, either voluntarily or through takeover. We now know the kind of valuations we can achieve, so for me it's a no brainer for the Board if AIM doesn't start playing ball.

I know that Squirty, but if the SP on AIM remains at a 75% discount to the value of Mkango's holding in MKAR (the new NASDAQ listing, which is only half the business) then both the Board and shareholders will be looking to get off AIM completely as it can't value businesses properly, even when there's such a clear read across.

People were saying the MM's were looking to take it down to 21p yesterday and it seems they managed to get it to 22p this morning, but now seem to be letting it head back upwards. Games, games and more games. But if you know the game they are playing, with a bit of courage, you can take advantage.

It did, and the management's RSU's (share incentives) require them to close of the SPAC listing by year end. When we've looked at other companies doing the same on NASDAQ in the past it's usually 4-5 months between BCA signing and SPAC listing.

When we do eventually get a Q&A with Alex and Will I suspect there will be a fair few questions about the timetable for moving off AIM...

Yep, think you're right, watching L2, it wasn't long before they started dropping the bid on not a lot. Oh well, more opportunity for me.
