Today definitely didn't feel like forward selling for a placement, but you never know. Warrants is still my bet, but it's a low confidence bet. The good thing is that we absorbed it so well, as we have the 20m+ in big delayed sells in the 5 weeks before the BCA RNS. They've presented astute holders with good opportunities to top up at bargain prices and also seem to have let in some big non PI buyers ala the 500k buys today and regular 50k buys we've had over the last 6 weeks (could possibly be institutional). As a holder of over 1.5m shares I'm certainly more confident in the company's prospects than I have ever been, so the selling we had today doesn't make sense from my perspective, but everyone has their reasons.

Yeh that one trade is 0.57% of the company. Add in the other two big ones and you get 1.11%. Add in the other delayed trades in that batch that I think are sells and you get 1.4% of the company and I assume there were more this morning that were reported earlier on. There aren't many people that have that many shares, hence the suspicion of warrants or a large holder exiting. There was a big buyer too today though, with three 500k buys and well over 1m in 50k buys. Would be great to get a holdings RNS both ways for some clarity, but I'm not holding my breath. Anyway, imo the volume (at nearly 25% of company traded in 5 days) is very healthy for the SP and the next leg up.

Aye, but unfortunately it's the rules of the game we're playing and we have no means to change them. I knew the stock for all those 50k and 500k buys had to be coming from somewhere. Lots took advantage, me included. We've either got a big holder out(who was clearly not sticky) or got closer to be being through the 25m in warrants, so it's a big positive for me and the SP did very well today considering. 17.1m trades today, which makes 75.4m in total over the past 5 trading days, getting towards 25% of the company.

Nice few buys in there too, including a 220k buy post close.

Well there we have it, the big delayed trades I thought we'd see and it looks like they were responsible for the drop. Some real whoppers there: 800k+, 900k+ and 1.8m+. Thanks for the opportunity to buy lower!

Expecting a good few delayed trades today. Dropping the bid 6p (20%+) is certainly one way to create volume if you are an MM. We're at almost 12m today, before we include any volume reported post close.

MM's dropped the bid 1.5p on basically nothing between 3.45-4pm, then widened the spread to 2p and we had no trades for 20 mins. They are trying every trick in the book here.

50k buyer has been very busy today.

Mid price at close yesterday was actually 31p, we had a UT at 31.5p. It's possible...

Creeping back towards 30p, going forward I hope everyone remembers what happened today (and on Friday) and takes full advantage when the MM's try this in future on the second day after news. I know most on this Board probably did take advantage.

My call of a "close around 30p, or maybe even higher", is looking a little better than it was an hour ago...

Just had another auction, and resulting tick up.

I said I'd come back on the Hypromag UK timetable comment in slower time. Having looked back at the company's latest corporate presentation from April (page 22 to be exact), it is clear that Initial commercial production at Tyseley was for 25-30 tpa, and didn't include the production of finished magnets. The company presentation clearly sets out in the timeline, that the production of finished magnets will be commissioned as part of the scale up of the plant to 100-330tpa in 2026.

The same timeline shows that the German plant is expecting to start at 100-330tpa capacity and be producing finished magnets in 2025.

So hopefully that clears up any misinformation that may have been put about in the past two days. Anyone can check themselves on the company website, presentations page.

Agree Kaeren. That being said, I like watching the SP movements, they are quite amusing at the moment. As long as one is not panicking and is instead taking advantage of them then there is money to be made. Watching L2 is very interesting at the moment, no reported trades but the MM's constantly moving on and off the bid and ask, with the effect that the bid and ask keep moving. Must be lots going on in the background and imo we certainly have some big players taking positions.

Yeh was just going to comment that volume at 11am is 8.815m on a no-news day, which is pretty epic in terms of value traded when we're in the high 20's. I see this as very bullish for the SP. I've also decided that I'm going to trade the shares I've bought today and Friday, separate to my existing shares that will stay invested for the long term. There is too much opportunity to make some money trading here, given how predictable the MM's can be.
