Nice 150k buy just reported from before close yesterday. Feels like we are building a platform right now for the next leg up.

Great news this morning, always fantastic to wake up to a LinkedIn notification from Will Dawes on my phone’s home screen. It’s becoming a pretty regular occurrence! Pieces of the puzzle all slotting into place, and what a great time for Neodymium to go on a run.

Can sell 150k at 31p (0.5p above advertised bid).

Another delayed 50k buy and 125k buy, there is money out there waiting to pounce on any SP weakness.

Not sure S&S, but I can see them wanting to see successful commissioning and finished product from Tyseley before making major commitments, potentially also the detailed engineering and design work for the US plant which is currently being undertaken.

Some nice big delayed buys popping up, for 75k and 50k. Big buyers are still about.

N45UH is a very common grade for military use and is something we will be producing at Tyseley according to the RNS.

Have a google of magnet grades being used by the military and then look at the 16th June RNS and you will see that Tyseley will produce many grades that are suited for military use (I have done this previously and posted on the BB at the time). We are also expanding that range and the US plant will no doubt do an even wider range of grades. MP’s mine has little heavy rare earth that are needed to boost magnets coercivity (ability to take higher temperatures) and they got the deal with the US DoD. W

For additional info, the UK Patent Application No. 1020383.4, was filed on 2nd December 2010.

So a big head start as I've said. At least 8 years before someone else can have the process working at any kind of scale. It's not like the patent expires and the next day they can magic in to existence a HPMS plant at scale. They also won't have any of the associate know how. We will be miles ahead by then, with 5-10k tpa+.

Presently, it's exclusive until 19th January 2032 according to the US patents office. Not sure if there is the ability to further extend. It was filed in late 2011 and granted in May 2015.

The warrant conversion RNS provides the following: In accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6.1R) the Company hereby notifies the market that immediately following Admission, its issued and outstanding share capital will consist of 332,742,907 shares. So the warrant related shares are now reflected in the shares in issue figure (was previously c.327m), although it hasn't yet been reflected on the London South East website.

Another attempt on breaching resistance at $4,000, looks like a strong move.

Most likely the shares relating to the warrants announced the week before last were forward sold or that holders of the warrants sold their original placing shares and replaced them with the shares they got from exercising the warrants. Warrant holders tend to want to know what they are selling the related shares for before actually exercising in order to lock in a known profit level, so there shouldn't be any further overhang from these particular ones.

Of course my post should say 5k tpa and 10k tpa (thousand metric tonnes per annum), rather than 5m and 10m…

Oh so he’s spouting on about patents now, what next… Th University of Birmingham and Hypromag have been perfecting this process for years and are the only ones with the know how to roll out the process at scale. Add to that a 7+ year head start for having a commercial plant using the process and you’d be hard pressed to find any objective and knowledgeable person who would not call that a massive first mover advantage. How many thousand tonnes per annum will we be producing by 2032? At least 5m imo, but more likely to be 10m+. We will be innovating and improving the process along the way and potentially adding new patents for elements of the process. For someone else to come in and recreate 5-10m tpa from the outset would be impossible, and if they were a major, they would be much better off offering a few billion to buy the whole business once Tyseley and German plants are shown to be a success.

I see also that we had two more nice 100k+ delayed reported buys from just before close, which is a much more welcome sight.

Above 32p seems to be important, according to others with technical knowledge.

Some big delayed trades, both buys and sells. 545k looks like a sell and 270k a buy.

Yes I left them out of my first post as was in a hurry and just concentrating on the point that it won't be through discounted AIM equity raises, those days are done. But as you've highlighted, there are so many viable options that it's actually hard to remember them all of the top of my head! Viable is the operative word here, we are so well positioned that I assume we will have our pick of options when it comes to financing route.
